Pay Range Base pay: $100k - $130k per year. Compensation depends on skills and experience. Responsibilities Review portfolio and benchmark returns across asset classes. Maintain GIPS-compliant composites and performance measurement systems. Run single- and multi-factor attribution models to analyze market, currency, and investment impacts. Prepare performance and attribution reports for portfolio managers, risk teams, senior management, and external clients. Participate in system updates, data integrations, and technology coordination. Develop expertise in FactSet, Advent Geneva, IVP Data Warehouse, and portfolio accounting tools. Qualifications 4+ years in asset management or financial analytics with performance and attribution analysis experience. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. CFA designation is distinguishable. Experience with public securities strategies and alternative strategies is beneficial. Command of Excel and FactSet knowledge. Relational database experience (SQL) and knowledge of Advent Geneva and eVestment.
