• Combined relocation assistance and sign-on bonus

• 40 minutes for new patients; 20 minutes for existing
• 36 clinical hours; 4 hours for admin (can be done at home)
• (4) 10-hour days or (5) 8-hour days
• Clinic can be flexible on what time you want to start or leave for the day
