We are a highly established plumbing company in the Peoria, IL area seeking a *licensed plumber* with exceptional leadership skills to join our team as a Plumbing Manager. This role requires someone who respects the craft of plumbing, leads by example, and is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and developing a team of drain technicians to enhance both their technical skills and sales performance.

*Responsibilities*

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of drain technicians, fostering skill growth, professionalism, and a culture of excellence.
* Provide hands-on guidance and training to improve technical proficiency, efficiency, and service quality.
* Set, monitor, and achieve team sales and performance goals while encouraging upselling and customer-focused service.
* Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and workflow to maximize productivity and ensure timely service delivery.
* Serve as a point of escalation for complex service issues, providing effective solutions and support to both staff and customers.
* Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices at all times.
* Manage tools, equipment, and inventory to maintain operational readiness and efficiency.

*Qualifications*

* Licensed plumber with a strong understanding and respect for the craft of plumbing.
* Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and educate technicians.
* Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example.
* Demonstrated success in driving team performance and achieving sales goals.
* Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and provide guidance on complex service issues.
* Knowledge of safety protocols, company policies, and industry best practices.
* Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage schedules, inventory, and workflow effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
