Job Description
We're looking for a passionate individual to join our team as an Inbound Customer Service and Technical Support Representative! In this role, you'll assist customers by providing technical support over the phone, video, and occasionally through chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide helpful, clear, and friendly assistance to customers with technical questions via phone and video calls.
Help customers navigate software, locate prior years' tax returns, and assist with amendments.
Research and analyze customer inquiries to determine the best course of action to resolve issues effectively.
Serve as an ambassador for our brand, ensuring all customer interactions are met with empathy, care, and professionalism. For more complex inquiries, escalate to a higher level of expertise when needed.
Accurately document all customer issues, the resolution process, and any follow-up actions.
