Remote Clinical Pharmacist – Prior Authorization (NC License Required)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST
Join a national healthcare team as a Remote Clinical Pharmacist supporting prior authorization operations. This is a work-from-home opportunity open to candidates licensed in North Carolina (residency in any state is acceptable).
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate prior authorization requests using clinical criteria and plan design
Consult with providers and healthcare teams to make timely coverage decisions
Collaborate with technicians to process referrals and resolve escalations
Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge in both specialty and non-specialty pharmacy
Requirements:
Active Pharmacist License in North Carolina
Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up (screenshot from speedtest.net required)
Secure, private home workspace
Call center and clinical pharmacy experience preferred
Proficiency with MS Office and clinical tools (e.g., Lexicomp, Micromedex)
