Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supply efforts for pharmaceutical products. This role is key to ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies tailored to pharmaceutical products.
• Identify and qualify suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and regulatory compliance (cGMP).
• Lead contract negotiations covering pricing, delivery terms, quality agreements, and long-term supply stability.
• Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and buffer stock management to prevent shortages.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs like on-time delivery, defect rates, and cost variance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for supply disruptions.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Manage and mentor the procurement team, aligning goals with broader business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 5+ years of procurement experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing Experience with ERP procurement systems
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000
