Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Coordinate high-volume invoicing and ensure timely payment processing.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify procurement needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and risks.
• Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the procurement process.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in a corporate or governmental environment.
• Proficiency in managing purchase orders and high-volume invoicing processes.
• Strong knowledge of procurement functions, including supplier evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms with vendors.
• Familiarity with buying processes and market trend analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
