Job Title: Production Assembler
Location: Milpitas, CA
Pay Range: $24.00 – $26.40 per hour

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Swing Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Must be  flexible to start as early as 4:00 AM during peak season for 10-hour shifts.
• Overtime (OT): Required when needed

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented  Production Assembler to join our team in the  electronics manufacturing industry . The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, patience, and the ability to work well in a diverse environment. You will be responsible for assembling electrical panels and components while following detailed diagrams and instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and work with  electrical panels using torque screwdrivers and small hand tools.
• Follow wire diagrams and assembly instructions with  attention to detail .
• Operate  pallet jacks (heavy-duty)safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks that require  lifting up to 50 lbs .
• Work on  step ladders up to 6 feet .
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all  PPE requirements .
• Wear a smock and adhere to cleanroom or production area protocols.
• Utilize basic computer skills to  locate and interpret drawings and instructions.
• Collaborate with team members while demonstrating  patience and respect in a diverse workplace.

Requirements:

• Mechanical experience with torque tools and cable wiring.
• Ability to  lift up to 50 lbs .
• Comfortable working on a 6 ft step ladder .
• Experience operating a  heavy-duty pallet jack .
• Prior  electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to  follow wire diagrams and perform detailed assembly work.
• Basic computer skills – must be able to locate, read, and understand technical drawings and instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with  high levels of patience in a diverse environment.
