This role is crucial to our production department, specializing in the assembly of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBs). We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Job Title: Production Equipment Operator Location: Cumberland, WI Pay: $16.50 What Will You Do? Operate and maintain automated and semi-automated equipment for PCB assembly. Program and operate computer-controlled surface mount technology (SMT) machines for placing electronic components onto PCBs. Prepare and program screen-printing PCB frames for solder application. Inspect assembled PCBs for defects, ensuring the proper function of machines. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and execute minor adjustments as necessary. What Do You Need? Ability to stand for extended periods (4+ hours) while operating machinery. Strong computer skills to effectively operate SMT machines.
