The Production Shift Leader will manage and oversee all shift operations in a manner that enhances the plant’s safety, engagement, cost, productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer service.
Located in the Northeast Kansas City area, home of the reigning Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs and near the Kansas Speedway the plant and surrounding areas have convenient access to all that Kansas City offers.
