SiteTalent is hiring a Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, who is a window and doors manufacturer based in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the day-to-day operations, working hands-on in the shop while also leading and supporting the team. This is a boots-on-the-ground role where you’ll help keep jobs moving, ensure top-quality workmanship, and bring a positive, solution-focused attitude every day. You’ll have the chance to grow with the business and help shape how they operate as they expand. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in the shop, working alongside them to fabricate, prepare, and assemble window and door units.
  • Plan and organize daily workflow to meet deadlines and job requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency on all builds.
  • Monitor materials, tools, and inventory to keep the shop running smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues on the fly — whether it’s a product, process, or schedule challenge.
  • Act as a bridge between the shop and the owner/project manager, helping coordinate installations and deliveries.
  • Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel.
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures and best practices.
  • Train and mentor newer or less experienced staff, helping build up skills and knowledge across the team.
  • Maintain shop equipment, flagging anything needing service or replacement.
  • Look for ways to improve shop efficiency, safety, and product quality as the company grows.
  • All other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years related experience as a Production Supervisor or in a related role is needed
  • Building Materials, Project Management, Operations, Construction Experience Required.
  • Hands-on experience in a shop or construction environment (experience with windows and doors is a major asset).
  • Natural leadership — someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and sets the tone for the team.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
  • Willingness to grow with the company and take on more responsibility over time.

What We Can Offer You:

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD
