Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory operations and possess excellent leadership skills to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing assembly lines, overseeing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of assembly line workers, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Implement best practices for safety and efficiency within the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on the use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve production issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and employee performance.

Skills

• Proficient in operating forklifts with relevant certification preferred.
• Extensive factory experience with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to assembly line operations and equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in manufacturing settings.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
