Equahire has partnered with one of the Capital Region’s largest and most respected mechanical contractors. Their mission is to turn every customer into a true advocate — someone who speaks highly of their experience and confidently recommends the company to others. They do this by consistently exceeding expectations and building strong, lasting relationships.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead all phases of mechanical construction projects — from estimation through close-out. Most importantly, you’ll help deliver a customer experience that builds trust and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish
  • Review specs, coordinate teams, and track budgets
  • Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and jobsite safety
  • Communicate with owners, architects, and internal teams
  • Prepare estimates, reports, and documentation
  • Support CAD updates and contract administration

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management/estimating
  • OSHA 10 certified
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in both office and jobsite environments

Skills Summary:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret plans and construction documents
  • Comfortable navigating active job sites and physical demands
  • Clear, professional communicator at all levels

Offer: Up to $150k per year!
