Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from contract award to closing. Prepare submittals, change orders, pay applications and jobsite requirements. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: Previous experience in construction management on the commercial sector. Familiarity with construction management software, Project, Procore, excel, computer savvy.
