EGA Associates is recruiting board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO) to provide psychiatric and behavioral health care across outpatient, inpatient, and integrated settings for government, community, and institutional clients. The role focuses on evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and interdisciplinary collaboration with flexible assignments, streamlined credentialing, competitive locum compensation, and travel/lodging support. Candidates need an active unrestricted US medical license and relevant psychiatry/behavioral health experience, with opportunities for short- or long-term placements domestically and internationally.

Who We’re Looking For

  • MD or DO with training in Psychiatry / Behavioral Health
  • Active, unrestricted US medical license
  • Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or community behavioral health preferred
