NOW HIRING: Farm Hand
Are you ready to get your hands dirty and experience the authentic life of the ranch? We're seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Livestock Care: Feed, water, and care for cattle, horses, and other farm animals.
Maintenance & Repairs: Maintain fences, barns, and equipment; perform routine repairs including general maintenance in electrical, plumbing, flooring, and carpentry.
Field Work: Assist with hay harvesting and other daily ranch operations.
Fencing: Install, repair, and maintain fencing around the property.
Machinery Operation: Safely operate tractors, trucks, and other essential machinery.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in ranch or farm work is preferred.
Valid Driver’s License, Clean driving record; CDL preferred.
Experience in hay harvesting and fencing is required.
Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor tasks.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Must pass a drug test.
