Records Manager
Location: Rockford, IL

Pay Range: $17-21

Job Description
* Liaise on issues related to assigned orders.
* Manage Repair Purchase Orders from a diverse range of Commercial Airline customers, convey customer requirements, initial acknowledgment, quoting, shipment and invoicing of customer orders.
* Manage contractual requirements including - asset reporting, customer service level/on-time delivery, turn time penalty avoidance and status reporting
* Collaborate across functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Shop Supervision, Shop Technicians, Customer Support Managers and Field Service.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:
* 2 to 4 years prior relevant experience customer service account management
* U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Commercial / Military contract administration experience
* Customer Service experience
* Experience using continuous improvement processes and tools
