Position Overview - Regional Nurse Consultant:
The Regional Nurse Consultant directs the operations, programs, and activities of the region to maintain the highest quality of care and service in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and state standards.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active state license in the state of Missouri
• Must have at least three years of experience in skilled nursing care (SNF)
• Must have experience in a high-level managing/leadership role

Specific Job Requirements:

• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
• Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, safety, and sanitation
