Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT - Home Health) - Ensuring Accurate & Secure Patient Records Company: All Seniors Foundation Location: Los Angeles, CA About Us: All Seniors Foundation believes that reliable, confidential patient records are essential for providing top-quality home healthcare. Proper documentation allows our team to deliver coordinated and personalized care to every senior we serve. Role Overview: As a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) , you will manage patient records, ensure accuracy, maintain compliance with privacy regulations, and streamline data retrieval. Your attention to detail supports effective clinical decision-making and patient safety. Key Responsibilities: Organize, maintain, and update patient health records in EHR systems.
Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with privacy laws (HIPAA).
Assist clinical staff in accessing patient data for care decisions.
Monitor data quality and work on process improvements.
Qualifications: RHIT certification required.
Familiarity with home health documentation and compliance standards.
Strong attention to detail, data management, and organizational skills.
