Job Title: RN PCU

Location: Muskogee, OK 74401

Duration: Fulltime Permanent

Pay Range:

$33.15 - $51.39 per hour (Final pay is based on experience, specialty, and other relevant factors).

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse I to join our team. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies. You’ll play a key role in patient monitoring, care coordination, and discharge planning while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess, organize, and document patient care while addressing progress toward goals.
• Utilize appropriate medical terminology and maintain accurate records.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning with sensitivity to age, cultural, and psychosocial needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Participate in unit/hospital goals, PI initiatives, and educational activities.
• Use independent judgment in decision-making and daily patient care activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (strong Med/Surg experience required).
• Knowledge of disease state management, biopsychosocial model, and clinical pathways.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Education & Licensure:

• ADN or ASN degree in Nursing.
• Valid Oklahoma or multi-state RN license.
