Your Mission
As a Sales Coordinator , you’ll be responsible for executing the backend operations for our business with Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Target — across both in-store and .com channels . From item setup and retailer portals to promotional inputs and digital content, you’ll ensure our systems are aligned, our data is clean, and our execution is sharp.
You’ll work closely with the National Account Manager and cross-functional teams to support line reviews, pricing updates, and digital growth — becoming the go-to expert on systems, product data, and executional detail.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage product setup, maintenance, and compliance across retailer systems:
· Retail Link (Walmart/Sam’s Club)
· Partners Online (POL) and PCN (Target)
· Spark , IMN , and related vendor tools
· Handle quote submissions, documentation uploads, promotional entry, and product onboarding across all channels.
· Maintain and update pricing, lead times, pack formats, and promotional schedules in sync with internal and retailer systems.
· Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Costing, and Design) to ensure on-time delivery and flawless execution.
· Prepare item trackers, sales reports, digital shelf audits, and support materials for line reviews and buyer meetings.
· Track retailer scorecards and compliance KPIs; identify gaps and flag issues for resolution.
· Manage sample tracking, packaging approvals, and internal timelines for product launches and resets.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience:
· Experience in sales coordination, retail operations, or vendor support roles.
· Strong working knowledge of Retail Link, POL, PCN, Spark , and/or other major retail platforms.
· Experience working with .com platforms , including content uploads, digital asset management, and item maintenance.
· Highly organized, systems-savvy, and detail-oriented.
· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Pronto) preferred.
· Clear communicator who thrives under pressure and manages multiple priorities with urgency.
· Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working cross-functionally to meet deadlines.
