What Youll Do: As our Sales Lead, youll be the face of our studio out in the communityconnecting, inspiring, and driving growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads through outreach, networking, and community engagement
- Representing OTF at local events , interacting with potential members, and building strong relationships
- Inviting prospects into the studio for intro classes and guiding them through their first OTF experience
- Closing memberships with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Collaborating with the studio team to hit monthly goals and elevate the member experience
