Working knowledge of Salesforce workflows and processes and capable of resolving low to medium level support tickets. Working knowledge of Jira and capable of creating tickets and running standard reports. Minimal 2 years of experience with salesforce out of box configuration and customization. Working knowledge of excel and other Microsoft office products. Working knowledge of Data model, architecture and reporting. Assist with testing and project coordination/ communication. Willingness to learn and train as Salesforce Advance level developer. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science, or other related field, or equivalent work experience. Salesforce System Administrator Certification.
