Job Title: Records Management Assistant
Location: North York, ON (on-site)
Duration: 6 months, with possible extension
Hours: Full-time, (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.)

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented Records Management Assistants to support a large-scale records project. This role involves reviewing case files and records, redacting or removing specific information, and maintaining accurate logs and database updates. It is a great opportunity for candidates who excel at focused, process-driven work in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process large volumes of records following established procedures.
• Redact, remove, or destroy specific information as directed.
• Maintain clear and accurate logs of all actions taken.
• Enter updates into databases and records management systems.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow step-by-step procedures.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Post-secondary education or experience in records management, administration, or data entry is an asset.

Requirements

• Must be available to work on-site in Toronto for the full duration of the assignment.
• Must clear Criminal Record Check (CRC) before starting.
• Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to commencing work.
