About the Role

Psycle Health is looking for a Local + Technical SEO Specialist who knows how to make healthcare clinics rank where it matters most, in their local markets. You’ll own the full SEO lifecycle: from optimizing Google Business Profiles and medical service pages to diagnosing site performance issues, managing content workflows, and collaborating with developers on Duda. If you love blending analytical depth with creative local growth strategies, this role’s for you.

Key Responsibilities

Local SEO

  • Conduct keyword and competitor research focused on Mental health search intent (e.g., “ketamine therapy near me,” “TMS treatment [city name]”)
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple clinic locations, ensuring consistent NAP data, categories, and patient-facing updates
  • Build and maintain local citation networks to improve visibility in map packs and local SERPs
  • Develop location-specific landing pages optimized for both conversion and compliance
  • Monitor and report on review trends, click-to-call metrics, and direction requests to inform engagement strategy

Technical SEO & Content Operations

  • Perform comprehensive technical audits to uncover crawl, indexation, and Core Web Vitals issues
  • Optimize site structure, internal linking, canonicalization, and robots.txt for healthcare-specific SEO compliance
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve Duda-specific performance issues, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data deployment
  • Provide ongoing support and insights via Google Search Console , including indexation monitoring, error resolution, and performance tracking
  • Support and optimize Google Business Profiles through consistent posting, keyword optimization, and visibility improvements
  • Coordinate with content writers to ensure blog posting, meta data, and on-page content align with SEO best practices and target keywords
  • Manage redirects, migrations, and technical rollouts across multiple Duda & Word Press properties
  • Create automated dashboards and reporting using GA4, Looker Studio, and Sheets

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Local & Technical SEO (1.5 each) , preferably within healthcare or multi-location businesses
  • Proficiency with Duda CMS (page speed, metadata, redirects, mobile optimization, and content management)
  • Deep understanding of Google’s healthcare advertising and search compliance ecosystem
  • Working knowledge of LegitScript certification requirements and how they impact SEO, paid ads, and compliance for behavioral health and interventional psychiatry clinics
  • Strong technical foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and their SEO implications
  • Skilled with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, BrightLocal, and GA4
  • Experience managing multi-location healthcare SEO campaigns across different states or service lines
  • Analytical mindset with experience building clear, data-driven reports and communicating results cross-functionally

Would Be Nice:

  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant site practices , accessibility (WCAG), and ADA standards
  • Experience with E-E-A-T (Expertise, Experience, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) strategies in medical content
  • Comfort with APIs or automation tools for SEO monitoring and reporting
  • Experience working with a CRM

Why Work at Psycle Health

Psycle Health isn’t your typical marketing agency, we’re building the future of mental health growth. Our team sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and patient access , helping clinics across the country connect people to life-changing treatments like TMS, Spravato, and ketamine therapy.

We’ve traded vanity metrics for outcomes that matter: real patients, real evaluations, real growth . Every click, call, and conversion we drive translates to someone getting care who might not have found it otherwise. That’s what gets us out of bed and occasionally keeps us up at 2 a.m. thinking about conversion funnels.

At Psycle, you’ll work alongside a team that moves fast, thinks creatively, and experiments relentlessly. You’ll have direct impact across dozens of clinics, collaborate with sharp minds in marketing and clinical care, and build systems that actually change how mental health is delivered in America.
