About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Corporate Counsel with a focus on the US Public Sector. This pivotal role involves leading complex public sector deals, providing strategic counsel on government contracting, and navigating security requirements. The successful candidate will be a key legal partner for the dynamic and growing public sector business, responsible for the legal aspects of the deal cycle, including the negotiation of various agreements. Deep expertise in public sector technology transactions, a strong understanding of government procurement regulations, and experience with FOCI mitigation and security clearances are essential. The role also requires a proactive approach to process simplification, sales enablement, and the ability to foster strong partnerships across the organization. Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should be self-starters with a proven track record of taking ownership of outcomes and driving positive change. The ideal candidate will have a current US Government Top Secret (TS-SCI) security clearance and be familiar with accreditation processes such as FedRAMP, CMMC, and DoD SRG. A collaborative partner with excellent communication skills, the candidate should be adept at explaining complex legal topics clearly and be committed to continuous learning. The role demands a professional with strong commercial judgment, the ability to balance legal risks with business strategy, and a proactive approach to process improvement. An active bar membership in good standing in at least one US state is required.
