POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior People Analytics Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing and visualizing human capital data to provide HR and organizational leaders with the insight necessary to drive business decisions for a 43k employee Fortune 300 Company utilizing HRIS (Workday) and PowerBI reporting & analytics platforms. The Senior People Analytics Analyst leverages their analytical skills, knowledge of application tools, visualization techniques, and HR acumen to drive the development of ad hoc & live analytical solutions that meet the business requirements. The Senior People Analytics Analyst works closely with IT architecture and HR Center of Excellence teams to ensure product development meets design criteria and deployment timelines. The Senior People Analytics Analyst is a data specialist who works with the SMEs to analyze and develop standards for preparing and delivering Human Resources reporting. The Senior People Analytics Analyst contributes to the overall improvement of People Data reporting by maintaining the data systems and implementing processes and initiatives that ultimately increase the effectiveness and integrity of data reporting and documentation. This role relies heavily on analytical skills to evaluate complex information, formulate insights, and develop sound recommendations to support the management of human capital analytics through proper data management & storytelling.
This role is remote, but candidate must be located in or relocate to the Phoenix, AZ area to attend occasional events with our data consumers at our Corporate Headquarters.

The Republic Services Polymer Center is the nations first integrated plastics recycling facility. This innovative site processes rigid plastics from our recycling centers, producing recycled materials that promote true bottle-to-bottle circularity. We also formed Blue Polymers, a joint venture with Ravago, to develop facilities that will further process plastic material from our Polymer Centers to help meet the growing demand for sustainable packaging. We are building a network of Polymer Centers and Blue Polymer facilities across North America.
We continue to advance decarbonization at our landfills. As demand for renewable energy continues to grow, we have 70 landfill gas-to-energy projects in operation and plan to expand our portfolio to 115 projects by 2028.
