Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Burlingame, CA - Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, Enablement & Change Management. Our client team is dedicated to driving the success of the Sales capability roadmap—enabling rapid business growth, unlocking data-driven insights, and improving operational efficiency.
In this role, you’ll create scalable processes, frameworks, and playbooks while working cross-functionally to drive adoption and readiness for major tools, workflows, and system changes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in change management, stakeholder engagement, and enablement strategy to ensure smooth transitions and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end change management strategy and execution, including change assessments, stakeholder impact analysis, and readiness planning.
Define change goals and success metrics with cross-functional partners; monitor, track, and report progress.
Enhance project plans with enablement deliverables and adoption milestones to ensure successful implementation.
Collaborate with program managers, workstream leads, and business stakeholders; facilitate workshops, readiness checkpoints, and alignment sessions.
Translate complex product functionality into clear, compelling messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop pre- and post-launch learning content; own communications, training, and knowledge management to support adoption.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), create training documentation, and deliver live or virtual training sessions.
Collect feedback and adoption metrics; analyze enablement effectiveness using KPIs to continuously improve programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in program management, change management, sales enablement, or learning & development.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Experience creating impactful enablement content (playbooks, one-pagers, demos, case studies).
Preferred Qualifications
Prosci ADKAR or similar change management certification.
Experience producing innovative written and video learning content.
Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and data.
