Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining and drinking experience.
Possess in-depth knowledge of our beer and food menus to make informed recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold our high standards of service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.
A genuine passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn about our brewing process and offerings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
