KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. The SME SIGINT Engineer position impacts national security by supporting intelligence-gathering missions from overhead systems. Responsibilities include defining SIGINT requirements, developing and coordinating CONOPS of SIGINT mission systems, translating requirements into Epics/Features, understanding system interfaces, assessing performance, monitoring schedules, facilitating readiness and demonstrations, integrating new systems, and participating in future SIGINT capability studies. The role requires familiarity with SIGINT architecture including space and ground components, mission partner interfaces, and mission control and processing of SIGINT systems. The engineer serves as a technical advisor supporting the Government in defining mission requirements, architectural definition, and acquisition guidance for next-generation SIGINT systems. This position requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred), 20+ years of SIGINT systems engineering experience, and expertise in requirements, MBSE, cost/schedule/performance trades, systems integration, IVV&T, risk management, configuration management, and systems engineering training.
