Potential Earnings While the average compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 (location and personal success dependent), top performers can earn up to an impressive $160,000+ per year. Qualifications / How You Will Be Successful Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self‑motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission. Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays. Reliable transportation within a 15‑30 mile radius (on average) to manage a multi‑store territory. Ability to stand and move for extended periods, including lifting up to 25 pounds as part of daily responsibilities in a retail environment.
