Job Position: Solar Panel Installer
Location: Kalamazoo, MI 49001
Pay Rate: $5000.00-$7000.00/monthly
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking Solar Panel Installers for the Kalamazoo area. These are full-time, contract positions.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and install PV racking and solar panels
Load and unload equipment and solar panels
Drive company truck to and from warehouse and customer locations
Clean and clear customer houses of debris and obstructions
Work as part of a crew alongside 2-3 other installers and a foreman
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in solar installation required
Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment including power and non-powered hand tools, drills, etc.
Understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions effectively
Communicate efficiently with management and supervision
Lift in excess of 50 lbs. throughout the workday
Must pass a drug test (THC ok), criminal background check, and a driver’s check prior to starting
