Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Pittsburgh, PA for Massage Therapists; Cosmetologists; Estheticians; Natural Nail Technicians and Beauty Retail Experts. The Licensed Professionals will perform a variety of spa treatments specific to their respective license - including massage therapy, personalized facials, pedicures, hair styling and color and holistic therapies aimed at promoting guest relaxation and skin health. The role requires collaboration with clients to assess their needs, maintain a clean and professional workspace, assist in creating a welcoming spa environment, and ensure outstanding customer service. Attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction are essential.
