We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Staff Accountant to join our finance team. Reporting directly to the Assistant Controller, this role will handle the day-to-day accounting functions that keep our financial operations running smoothly. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting monthly close activities. Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage A/P and A/R functions including billing, collections, and payment processing.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with maintaining the general ledger and ensuring proper coding of transactions.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Controller on improving processes and internal controls.
• Support external audits by preparing schedules and documentation as needed.
• Provide ad hoc financial support to the Assistant Controller and CFO.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience; internship or entry-level corporate experience acceptable.
• Experience with Sage Intacct required
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle repetitive transactional work with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a finance team at a scaling company.
