Wood Personnel is seeking experienced Stand Up Forklift Operators for a distribution facility located off Couchville Pike in Mt Juliet, TN. All shifts available, including weekends! All positions are true temp-to-hire opportunities with an excellent company to grow with.

Forklift Associate Hours and Compensation:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:45am-2:00pm, $17.50 an hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 1:45pm-10:00pm, $19.00 an hour
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 9:45pm-6:00am, $19.00 an hour
• Weekend Shifts: Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday
  • 5:45am – 5:45pm or 5:45pm – 5:45am, $19.44 an hour

Forklift Associate Requirements:

• At least 6 months of Stand-Up forklift experience, Hyster brand preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license or MVR report ran
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Must be able to help in other departments as needed, which may or may not involve forklift use

Forklift Associate R esponsibilities of Stand Up Forklift Associate:

• Operate forklift equipment in safe manner, checking to make sure loads are secure
• Feed lines with materials using forklift equipment
• Load and unload trucks with use of lift equipment
• Pick orders with use of RF Scan gun and fork lift equipment
• Read incoming orders and select the correct items from warehouse shelves
• Stage items for delivery
• Stow products on shelves or racks with use of lift equipment
• Conduct inventory counts on products with use of lift equipment
• Performing daily equipment checks on lift equipment before operation
• Conducting routine maintenance on lift equipment
