Job Overview

We’re seeking a Superintendent with commercial roofing experience to lead projects in the Charleston area. You’ll oversee field operations, manage crews, and ensure our projects are delivered safely, on time, and at the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise roofing crews on re-roof, retrofit, and repair projects

• Ensure safety compliance, quality workmanship, and productivity on site

• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and clients

• Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues in real time

• Track project progress, schedules, and reporting

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, GCs, and field partners

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in commercial roofing

• Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, metal, and other commercial roofing systems

• Proven leadership in managing crews and subcontractors

• OSHA certification or strong safety background preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Based in or willing to relocate to Charleston, SC
