Good Skills and passion in System, Network and Database administration areas. Multiple positions are available in various levels depending on the experience and skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the network, system, database infrastructure. Our infrastructure is a multi-site network cluster of Windows, Linux servers, SQL Server databases, and other supporting network hardware and software. The position requires knowledge and experience in many of the following technologies.

- Microsoft Systems Center (SCCM, SCVMM, SCOM)

- Windows Servers, Virtual Desktops Linux servers, Microsoft SQL Server

- WatchGuard Network Security involving multi-site global networks

- Veaam Backups

- Dell Hardware Servers

- Azure and Amazon Cloud

Essential Skills

• Expert knowledge architecting and administering High Availability clustering application based servers solutions
• Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
• SQL Server database administration and knowledge with SQL Server mirroring, replication, backups and restores.
• Administer daily operations of servers managing users, permissions, and ensure optimal operation of the entire network infrastructure.
• Exposure and skills in managing network switches, routers, VoIP phones.
• PowerShell Programming skills.
• Ability to handle technical support calls, interact with company users and customers and provide technical solutions
• Good written and oral communication in English, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize opportunities and tasks
• Passionate in their craft, maintaining strong work ethics, and the ability to work as a team player

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred. Alternatively, 5+ years' experience with certifications in System and Networking areas.

Experience

• Junior levels: 2+ year experience
• Senior levels: 5+ years' experience

Location

This is a full-time position onsite at our office in Manassas, Virginia. This is NOT a remote work position. Please do not apply if you are looking for remote work.
