We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for various roles. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions.

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates from diverse talent pools.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse, to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate records.

• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

• Build strong relationships with external partners, including public sector organizations, to expand recruitment networks.

• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to identify trends and improve hiring outcomes.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and interviewing candidates across various industries.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse, is essential.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes within public sector organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge of current hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
