Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a well-established company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a Temporary Payroll Specialist to its team. Compensation for this role is $21-26/hour DOE .

Skills you need / What you will do:

• Assists the Paryoll Manager with processing payroll accurately and on time for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including wages, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Assist with payroll audits and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and benefits-related deductions.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll processing.
• Stay up to date on payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance.
• Generate payroll reports and provide data analysis as needed.
• Perform other payroll and administrative tasks as assigned.
