Onboarding Implementation Specialist | Automotive Digital Solutions

We’re looking for an Onboarding Implementation Specialist to support the rollout of digital retailing and software solutions for automotive dealerships. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on dealership experience who enjoys working directly with clients, coordinating implementations, and driving successful user adoption with minimal business disruption.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end software implementations for automotive dealerships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project milestones to ensure on-time delivery
  • Support software installation, system integration, and issue resolution
  • Deliver virtual and on-site training to drive user adoption
  • Assist with onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and training coordination
  • Maintain documentation and capture feedback to improve implementation processes

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience working in automotive dealerships (required)
  • Experience with software implementations, onboarding, or technical support
  • Understanding of dealership operations, retail sales, and basic IT systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to dealership locations as needed

📍 Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626-Onsite

💵 Pay: $55 – $57/hour.
