Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position in Massachusetts requiring an active MA RN license and AHA certifications.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 20:00-08:00
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week assignment
• Uses Epic charting system
• Responsibilities focus on delivering emergency nursing care in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
• No validated parking is available; candidates must use public transportation or pay public parking rates
• UKG/Kronos used for timekeeping
• Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital to qualify for full travel rate

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active MA RN license required at the time of consideration; conditional or pending licenses not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience required
• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association
• Primary source verification of all licenses and certifications
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions permitted
