Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in inventory management and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Auditor to join their team. As a Warehouse Auditor, you will be part of the Inventory Control department supporting auditing tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Title: Warehouse Auditor

Location: Jonestown, PA

Pay Range: 21.50/hr

Shift: 2nd shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

What's the Job?

  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, checking for correct quantities, labeling, and packaging.
  • Identify discrepancies, damaged goods, or mislabeling and report findings to management.
  • Maintain detailed audit logs and documentation for compliance and operational transparency.
  • Support cycle counts and full inventory counts as scheduled or requested.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

¿En qué consiste el trabajo?

  • Realizar auditorías regulares del inventario para garantizar la precisión entre el stock físico y los registros del sistema.
  • Verificar envíos entrantes y salientes, comprobando cantidades correctas, etiquetado y embalaje.
  • Identificar discrepancias, productos dañados o errores en el etiquetado y reportar los hallazgos a la gerencia.
  • Mantener registros y documentación detallada de auditorías para cumplir con las normativas y transparencia operativa.
  • Apoyar conteos cíclicos y conteos completos de inventario según lo programado o solicitado.

¿Qué se necesita?

  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente; preferible título de asociado.
  • 1–2 años de experiencia en operaciones de almacén o control de inventarios.
  • Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de almacenes (WMS) y habilidades básicas en computación.
  • Gran atención a los detalles y habilidades organizativas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
