Overview:
We are looking for a Workday HCM Analyst with a strong background in organizational structure, supervisory orgs, and Workday Studio. This role is part of a small, agile team that supports annual personnel resolution processes, org chart updates, and Workday troubleshooting specific to HR and team moves.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update supervisory organizations and team structures within Workday.
Troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to org charts and position changes.
Make accurate corrections within Workday based on DWP-specific business rules.
Support annual personnel resolution processes and organizational realignments.
Utilize Workday Studio for integrations or automation related to org management (preferred).
Learn and apply internal rules and nuances specific to DWP.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data integrity across team and position structures.
Assist with access/security issues related to organizational changes (background in Workday security is a plus).
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Workday HCM, with a focus on organizational management.
Proficiency in managing supervisory orgs and position management in Workday.
Familiarity with Workday Studio is preferred.
Experience troubleshooting HRIS tickets and implementing corrections in Workday.
Background in Workday security concepts is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and implement business rules.
