Join one of California’s top civil litigation and trial firms! We are hiring Arizona licensed Civil Litigators and Workers Compensation Attorneys to start immediately.

We are seeking motivated attorneys to litigate high-profile cases, including catastrophic injuries, civil rights violations, sexual abuse, and fire litigation. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to top-tier legal support.

*Duties:*
- work and take instruction from partners of firm

- Administrate the workers compensation claims of catastrophically injured victims from start to finish.

- Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.

*Experience:*
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Arizona .
- Proven experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
