Specializing in project-based multifamily properties such as Section 8, PRAC, LIHTC, HOME and more, we work to ensure our clients' compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations.

Role Description

• Be knowledgeable on compliance requirements to ensure HUD, HOME, Housing Authority, and LIHTC properties meet the guidelines, rules, and requirements as defined in the latest version of the HUD Handbook and/or IRS Section 42 guidelines.
• Research, troubleshoot, and coordinate with internal support staff for circumstances new or unique to the Analyst. 
• Have detailed knowledge of their assigned properties’ issues, requirements, and, as needed, corrective actions. 
• Be the first-tier escalation contact for their clients. 
• Complete Annual Recertifications for HUD Section 8, HUD PRAC, HOME, Housing Authority, and LIHTC units. 
• Complete Move-ins, Move-outs, Interim certifications, and other certifications for HUD Section 8, HUD PRAC, HOMES, Housing Authority, and LIHTC units. 
• Review and resolve all Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) reports for the property
• Maintaining the EIV Master Binder
• Support preparing for Management Occupancy Reviews (MORs)

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD Project Based Housing, LIHTC, Housing Authority
• Analytical Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• COS certification is a plus
