As Associate Manager, Brand PR for Jimmy John’s (Inspire Brands), you will be instrumental in supporting all external PR activities. Your role will be responsible for helping to develop and implement unique, ownable campaigns that drive awareness, generate buzz, and enhance engagement to advance JJ’s into a culturally relevant space. A successful candidate for this position should have relevant experience in earned media, brand activation, experiential events, and influencer marketing, with a pulse on what resonates with millennial and Gen Z audiences. This individual will bring an entrepreneurial and creative mindset, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-on environment. This role reports to the VP, Brand PR (Inspire Brands). Based in Atlanta. Responsibilities include PR Campaign Development, Earned Media Authority, Agency Management, Writing communications materials, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and PR Insights. Requirements include a 4 Year Degree Preferred in Communications, PR or Relevant Field, 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations or marketing (agency experience preferred), operational discipline, creative mindset grounded in strategy, cultural awareness, strong writing skills, and willingness to travel 25%.
