What you will be doing:

Greet and serve guests according to standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Display knowledge of food preparation and service.
• Serve meals and clear tables.
• Set or pre-set tables in banquet rooms.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Complete side work such as stocking salt/pepper shakers, linen separation, and wiping counters.
• Display knowledge of bar terminology and wine service.
• Attend required meetings and prepare coffee stations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including cross training.

Requirements:

• Food handler Certification
• Ability to communicate in English
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Good communication skills with guests
• Team player willing to assist colleagues
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
