Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our events in San Antonio and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about logistics and communication, and values collaboration. You will assist in organizing event logistics, liaising with vendors and clients, and ensuring every detail is handled with care from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics for events, including venues, vendors, equipment, and transportation
Support event setup, execution, and breakdown on-site
Prepare materials such as signage, guest lists, badges, and schedules
Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and suppliers
Track budgets, invoices, and post-event reports
Maintain event inventory and supplies
Handle administrative tasks and maintain updated project documentation
Provide creative input for event themes, layouts, and experiences
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
Ability to lift and transport materials when needed
