Finance Analyst

Lasko Products, a market leader in home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team at our West Chester, PA headquarters. This entry-level to early-career role provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in corporate finance while supporting a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

The Finance Analyst will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical projects that drive business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, and a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

This position will be hybrid, working in our West Chester corporate headquarters Monday through Wednesday, remotely Thursday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across the organization.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial models that provide business insights.
• Analyze revenue, margin, and expense trends to identify key drivers and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partnersincluding Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, and Business Unit teamsto support financial planning needs.
• Opportunity to partner directly with Executive Level Team & help drive & influence business decisions
• Contribute to ad hoc financial projects, strategic analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating multiple deliverables.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and financial processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and maintain confidentiality.

Experience & Qualifications

• 03 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields (internships included).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field required.
• Experience working with large data sets or financial models preferred.
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or a multi-business-unit organization is a plus.
