Gender Freedom Society is a 100% volunteer-run, 501(c)(3) nonprofit based virtually in the United States. We are dedicated to educating and supporting the transgender community while striving to normalize transgender existence within broader society. Through educational platforms, outreach efforts, and moderated social media, we cultivate a culture where transgender rights are respected, and gender diversity is celebrated as vital to human identity. Gender Freedom Society is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual, with strong understanding of marketing and fundraising principles, to fill the position of Fundraising Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns and strategies to support the organization\'s fundraising efforts. You will work closely with the Fundraising and Communications teams to create and manage compelling content, ensure consistent messaging across different channels, and analyze and report on campaign performance. The successful candidate will have experience in fundraising marketing, a strong understanding of marketing best practices, and excellent communication and project management skills. Key Responsibilities Strategize, plan and execute marketing campaigns to support the organization\'s fundraising efforts via different channels, including email, social media, and direct mail campaigns. Create and manage fundraising and/or marketing content, such as brochures, flyers, and email templates. Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to inform and improve future campaigns. Support the Fundraising Manager with creating tailored proposals and presentations for donors, including donor newsletter / impact report. Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure consistent messaging, and alignment between fundraising and communication strategies. Attend meetings, events, and other functions as needed to represent the organization and advance fundraising goals. Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in fundraising marketing.
